Making yourself burp....

Is this dangerous to do? Will I stretch out my pouch? I just sort of force air out of my stomach after I eat or drink. It relieves so much pressure. I was banded 1 week and 3 days ago. What do you all think? Sounds gross I know but it really helps me..haha. What do you all think?:

I also do that. Particularly if I get stuck I make myself burp it up to relieve the pain and pressure. I haven't had any problems.
