Well, Ive been approved for banding. I go the 14th of December. My doctor is Todd Foreman with Crestwood Hospital in Huntsville AL. Ive preregistered and had all the testing done, just waiting for the surgery and wondering what to REALLY expect. :wink2:

Hello there!! Congrats on your approval... I actually just had surgery yesterday and came home today... I got the Realize Band. It was a very smooth process yesterday getting to the hospital and going through entire surgery... The most problems that I am having is with the gas pains!!! They are horrible!! so just make sure you are up and moving around as much as you can right away... I have been moving around alot and still miserable! Congratulations ! ! ! That is really great. My surgery is next Wednesday. I will let you know how it goes. But don't second guess your decision. As long as it is the best plan for you that is all that matters. Again..Congratulations.
