Surgery Tomorrow!

Well I've been preparing for this since July of this year and tomorrow is Da Day! I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I've been doing the liquid diet now for about a week, man is it tuff. I know that after the surgery it will be easier as you really won't have a choice.

My hardest thing to cope with has been the cravings. Has anyone been struggeling with cravings? If so, what have you done to overcome them? I just try to get my mind off and do something else. Boy is it tuff sometimes. Last night all I wanted was some chicken. I could have just pulled it off the bone and went to town. Instead I grabed my protein shake and did what I could to take my mind off of the little bird.

I'm really looking forward to the results by the end of the year!:w00t:

How exciting! Congratulations!.... what time is it scheduled for (I'll send positive energy your way)? It sounds like you're well-prepared so try not to worry about a thing. Everything will be great...

As for the cravings, I'll let others chime-in there (I'm still pre-op). It will get better after you have the band. And right after the surgery, you won't feel like eating anything anyway (its what I understand) so just focus on that.

Congrats again!
