Lower Port Pain?

Well I have been having this pain that is lower than my port and my port area for a couple of days now, but I think it's because I have some cold or something. I am almost 5 weeks post op now and didn't have this pain until a few days ago. Can someone please help me? I don't know what to do about it!!!
