are you keeping up with your fills?

Hi there! I looked at your public profile and it looks like it could be mine! I started at the same weight and I currently weigh the same as you! I had my surgery in Sept of this year and my doctor told me not to expect typical results because of starting with a lower BMI. Research what others with low bmi's do to "jumpstart" their weight loss and see if anything out there might work for you. Increasing cardio and add weight training. Go back to liquids for a couple days. These are some that I have read about. Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you!

Just curious, how many calories are you getting in your diet? And how much Protein. I have learned on here a lot of people have this problem when they are eating too few calories. Your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to every bit of fat. Especially if you are working out and work hard at your job. Many have recommended between 1100-1200 calories if you are very active. I am only a little over 3 weeks in, but week 2 i didn't lose a thing, but I upped my calories and started dropping again.

Good luck to you.
