Hi!

Hello everyone!

I'm new.............I had my surgery on Tuesday. So far, I'm doing pretty good. Still have a little soreness/discomfort due to the gas and incisions. But otherwise, I'm alright.

Just wanted to see if anyone out there had any suggestions for me. I'm on day 4 of the liquid diet (still have 10 more days to go), but none of the liquids seem to really satisfy my hunger. I'm having Water, broth, juice, yogurt, pudding, Protein shakes and Jello, but there are still times where I feel like my stomach is growling and I feel weak. Does anyone have any suggestions for me that will help keep my hunger down to a minimum. I'm a pretty finicky person and don't like to try a lot of different stuff, but right now I'll try anything!

Thanks! :-):)

Hi. I just had my surgery on 10/26 so i just got out of the liquid stage. What helped me is drinking Isopure Protein drink. its 40g of protein and considered as 20oz of liquid and i always drank Water. That kept my hunger to the min.

good luck!

Stacy
