I'm not bended yet actually my date is this coming monday. So today while I was working out. I jump rope for cardio. My brain started thinking hey can this possibly make your band slip? So my question is anyone on here jump rope? I was wondering how safe it might be..

Don't think it will make the band slip. I run and it hasn't hurt mine.

While your healing, I wouldnt advice it. I just had my band last week, and when I am walking up or down stairs I can feel the stitches moving
