Released to exercise

Yea i've been released. I have been so frustrated lately. I was banded on Oct 1st. The first two weeks i dropped 15 lbs. Since then i have not lost any weight. I went in Nov 2nd and was only given 1cc fill.:smile2: i have no feeling of a restriction at all. So tonight i'm going back to the gym.

Any suggestions one things to try since this is my first time in the gym after banding? I don't want to pull anything. lol

Hi, I was banded on 10/20 the day before you. I have lost 8-9lbs but seem to be at a stand still. I keep hearing we should not expect or be disappointed if we do not lose weight initially. Instead, we should be focusing on following the eating plan and mild exercise. This is a lifestyle, lifetime change. I'm sure we both did not gain it overnight...I know I didn't and yet I still want it gone, like yesterday! Lots of luv and luck! KIT~~~~~
