I'm getting banded by Dr Robert Pinnar in Reston, Va. Anyone else a Dr Pinnar patient or getting banded the same day? It might be cool to stay in touch and have someone to talk to who's as miserable as I am! Strangely, I'm not that nervous. I'm sure I'll be a wreck tomorrow morning though!

All of best for your operation. l'm having my surgery today.

6 th Nov. l have had my last optifast shake now before surgery. l have lost 6.9kg/15.1 lb in the 2 weeks of the Pre Op diet. My operation is in the afternoon, so l still a bit of a nervous time to go. See you when it's all done
