so when they say sugar free popsicles

Do they mean the red, orange purple kind or can it be any? LIke I notices some sugar free fudgsicles..(I am on full liquid phase)

Not sure exactly what your instructions are but on full liquids I ate fudgesicles, and popsicles that were sugar free.

My restrictions were clear liquids which included ice pops. Fudge cycles aren't clear liquids when they melt. Also becareful with them. Even though they say sugar free, fat free..they have sugar in them and the calories are pretty up there too. Ice pops (yes the colored ones) are only 15 calories and they have no sugars in them.

Interesting, I am on post op wk1 full liquid phase and I can have SF fudgsicles and SF hot cocoa.

Like it has been said time and again, every program has its' differences.
