New Here

Hi all! I have just started my Lap Band journey this month. I am self pay so things are going fast. As long as I can get financed and the note from my RA doctor, my surgery date is Monday, Nov. 16th. I am excited and nervous. I know that I won't be able to have my RA medication for awhile, but I don't know how long. Anyone experience lap band proceedures and have RA? Thanks! Looking forward to a New ME!:scared2:

I was self pay too! I went to seminar on Saturday and had Dr's Appointment right after seminar on the same Saturday. I had surgery 1½ days later at 6:00 am on Monday. So mine was really fast. Everything went great for me and I am doing good. Hope everything goes good for you. Keep in touch!!
