Potassium

I am not getting enough Potassium in during the day. Does anyone have a Potassium supplement that they would suggest? I prefer a non-liquid.

I have had that problem with potassium before. Youcan go to a pharmacy and ask what they have. I know there are tablets ( ones that have the powered form of the item inside) or there is a kind of pottaseum tablet that you dissolve in water and drink. That kind is a very large amount of potassium so might be best to cut in half and have only half at a time.
