  1. I am not getting enough Potassium in during the day. Does anyone have a Potassium supplement that they would suggest? I prefer a non-liquid.
  2. I bought the Oroweat brand and make little sandwhichs on them to pack to work. They are very tasty and I have no problems with them sticking but I just got my band on 10/15 so I am not very restricted yet.
  3. Kashi also makes an instant oatmeal that is really good. My favorite is Cinnamon and Honey and I throw in a 1/2 ounce of dried cherries. Very tasty and it has 9 grams of protein.
  4. Hello Bec, I just joined recently (today). I was banded on 10/15 and I am also working towards a baby. My husband and I tried In Utran Insemination 3 times and it did not work. My fertility Dr. did not set a specific BMI goal but said losing weight would really help so...I got banded. I was told I could not get pregnant for one year after being banded so my goal is to make the most of this year so I can start trying for a baby again. Good luck!
  5. Hello, I would like information on this topic as well. I just had my surgery on 10/15 and the first week I lost 14 pounds. Now I am in week two and my weight loss has come to a stop. I don't expect to keep losing as much as I did the first week...but I expect to lose something. I have been eating 800-1000 calories a day and I am wondering if my body is trying to hold on to the extra weight since I am eating so few calories. Did anyone else stall on their weigh loss at first?
