Feeling sick eeww

I know I know I wasn't supposed to eat egg bake this morning at work, but it smelled so good now im paying for it. I feel so nauseated now. Is there anything I can take to make this feeling go away? Oh by the way im on pureed foods right now.

    My surgeon gave me a prescription for liquid gravol for post-surgery nausea. The pills are so small they should be fine too and they're available without a prescription.
