so confused about "codes & abbreviations'

I read all of the posts and am so confused by some of the

LapBand lingo.

Could somebody psot a list for us newbies?

Also I am 8 days out and I am soooooooo thirsty.

I want to take a glass of Water and drink til it is empty...

    what terms are you confused about..........its ok to drink water.......... just not an hour before and after meals

    Go to the HOME page. There is a list there. You can drink water, just don't gulp or use a straw. No drinking 30 min before or after food. You can do it. Good luck.
