Breakfast ideas that don't involve EGGS!

I am sensitive to eggs (they make me throw up), so I am really having trouble coming up with breakfast food other than a protein shake. I don't eat yogurt or mayo either. Does anyone have some suggestions about what I can eat?

Kashi also makes an instant oatmeal that is really good. My favorite is Cinnamon and Honey and I throw in a 1/2 ounce of dried cherries. Very tasty and it has 9 grams of protein.

Hi:

Instant cream of wheat is yummy. I especially like the maple flavor. It's a thinner consistency than oatmeal, but similar. I try to make it with FF milk to make it a little thicker than when made with Water, plus it gets some Calcium in. In my store it's near the instant oatmeal boxes.

Another thing to try for something warm in the morning is to heat up apple sauce and add strawberries or blueberries to it. Yummmy.

I love my band and my new flat tummy.
