Hey ya'll,

I'm recently approved and very excited to have the surgery. This is well overdo. My Doctor is Dr. Richard Benavides in Richardson,Tx. I havent met him yet but I've heard a lot about him.. I dont have a surgery date yet. I'm trying to work out some work scheduling issues first but it will be in November or 1st week of December. I cant wait for the new me!

I had my surgery with him in Oct 03. So 2 years ago this month. I have lost 96 lbs to date. I feel great. i am so glad I made this choice. If you work with your band it will work with you.

Congratulations! Get ready for the ride of your life! I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this band is and all the positive changes already in my life. Good luck and keep us posted.

So far so good. I got my first fill today. 1.2cc, and I'm down 13lbs since banded on Dec 16th. I'm so excited. Thanks for all your support.
