Wii

Anyone here using the Wii for exercise? I'm thinking of getting it for our family and am looking for suggestions for the best apps to get that will benefit us physically.

A friend said the boxing app was great for upper body (which I desperately need and I just read on another thread that they have a hoola hoop that should help with the stomach...but any other recommendations?

.

The Wii fit is good they have others for fitness you have to try or go on www.wii.com if you have a (game stop) by you can get game that have been played at less the cost of a new game if you do not have the game stop by you can go to www.gamestop.com bet of luck:cool2:

I have the WII fit and I use it some. I don't know that I would recommend it for a whole family. To be able to use it on screen with everyone, you would need extra foot boards. They can do it without those if you wanted. There is another exercise one that uses the controllers that I wished I would have gotten instead of the fit.

i have the wii fit; wii active and just got the biggest loser. i like wii active over wii fit. i really dont know about the biggest loser yet i have done it once and it looked like it is ginna kick butt
