kinked tubing

Has anyone had or heard of having a kinked tube? My doctor thinks I might have one. During my last fill, he was able to put liquid in, but not take any out. He said this could become a problem.

I figure if the tube is kinked it will have to be replaced. Has anyone had tubing replaced? If so, how was recovery and hospital stay?
