Hi to everyone

I had my surgery on the 18th May and have 4ml in a 10ml band. I am so very happy that I took this step to help me control my weight. There have been quite a few tough times since I first decided to get the band but I know it is worth it. I wish you all the best with your own weight journey, and I try to remember that everyday is a new beginning.:biggrin:
