New here and need help!(Tricare)

Hi! My name is Tanya and I have Tricare. I was wondering if anyone knew if I would be approved. I am 5'3 and weigh 242. I had spinal fusion surgery 2 yrs and have arthritis in my lower back.

Does anyone know if it sounds like I qualify. I am really nervous because I want this soooo bad. I got my referral from my pcm today but she didn't think I would qualify.

Help please. Thank you!

There are several Tricare Threads including one with Tricare standards. I was 5'0 and 211 and had arthritis and hypertension and qualified. You are going to be close if you don't quite make it. Good luck.

HA my PCM also said he did not think I would qualify! I was approved through tricare yesterday! I met the 200% requirement and I had no co's. Your hieght and weight and co's should get you approved. But good luck!

I dont think you will have any problems getting approved. With me I found the best help was my primary pushing the issue. It took 2 weeks for approval when the ducks were all in a row. I had met the catastrophic cap so everything is covered 100%. Surgery is 9/23 . I am on the pre op now !God bless.
