I am south of pearland where is there a smoothie king close by there?

There are two in Pearland close to 288... and quite a few in the Houston area. If you go online to smoothieking.com, you can do a search with your zipcode and find the closest one. Good luck!

My Dr. created a shake with Medagentix...it's called Bariatriax Essentials....and it's wonderful!!!...little spendy at $57.00 per container.....if anyone wants the info let me know!

I just opened a Muscle Milk Light chocolate for "lunch". ICK! Tastes like spoiled chocolate milk. EWWWW.

READY MADE:

EAS is the best I've had so far.

Atkins isn't too bad, but a bit watery with a slight chemical aftertaste.

Slimfast high Protein is the next I will try.

POWDERS:

I have Chike, unjury, and Bari Care to try - all flavors of each. Hope these are better than this muscle milk!

I got the EAS powder today and it makes 14 servings $8.98 I also got samples at chike nutritin you get 5 for 6.95 got them in 2 days .so this week will be the test protein week lol

I looooooooooooove Chike! The banana tastes like Banana bread!!!!

I use the Cambridge Diet shakes. This was the only program that I had real lasting success with in the past, so I tracked down a local distributor (PM me for info).

I decided to use these (while waiting on my UHC approval) so that if/when I get approved I will already be well on the way to shrinking my liver. They can be used as a sole source of nutrition and have everything you need in them (although I do take a daily vitamin).

They are a little pricey, about $27 for 21 servings, but they taste really good, just like a regular shake, and they have alternatives such as Soup, oatmeal and Meal Replacement bars.

I've already lost 10lb in 10 days so if I don't get approved I guess I will try to stick with the shakes.

I had that one today! It was ok I used water milk I think will be beter.

I mix the Cambridge Diet shake powder with 2% milk too so they taste pretty rich and I think the calories are sooo low I can afford to add milk instead of water.

Three servings with water:-

420 calories

51 grams of Protein

54 grams of carbohydrate

3 grams of fat, plus Fiber
