Exercise

Hello,

I am pre- not post- but I wanted to ask those of you who have already had the surgery. What do you do for exercise? After losing some weight (and after healing) is exercising easier for you?

Thanks in advance,

Wisteria

Exercise is easier and my endurance has really climbed through exercise. Losing wt helps exercise be easier and exercise makes losing wt easier. Win win situation!!!! I have a personal trainer 2-3 days a week and I do 2 miles on my treadmill 4-5 days a week. The trainer has me do general conditioning exercises and dumbell wt training for the arms. We also use the big ball for balance and core strengthening. I used to have to take a nap before mowing the lawn, now I can do a training session then go right to the treadmill or mow the lawn. It is wonderful.

Best wishes,

Mimi
