Squishy Scrunching feeling when bending?

Hi, I'm almost 5 weeks post op, and whenever i bend over from a standing position, like to tie my shoes or pick something up, I get a "squishy, scrunching, rubbing feeling" sor of deep in my lower abdoment, sort of to the left.
The first time I noticed it was about one week post op, and I feel it each time I bend.
Anybody ever feel anything like this?
