just thought i would share. i saw an ad for these so i looked on the walgreens website to read up on them. for those who take multi-vits these are gummies for adults. the pills are just too much for me so i'll be trying these.

    they are so good, i had them before I was banded and it was recommended that I switch after but i just can't get the other chewable down so these are gunna have to do for me and ill just make sure my levels are up to par! i just chew them really well :sad:
