I was wondering if anyone from Houston had a good support group??? I would like to hang out with some other bandsters and just talk/trade war stories. I had my surgery in June and have lost 41lbs!!!!

Hi Heather - I'm trying to get a West Houston support group started - maybe Monday, Aug 6th around 6:30 - we're still kicking around the place though - why don't you come on over to the thread and put your 2 cents in - if the locations convenient, you're welcome to come.

At the top of the board is a Search thread - click on it and type Katy Support. It will take you to the Wanting to start a West Houston Support Group. We're meeting today at 6:30-7:00 at Los Tios Restaurant, on the corner of Memorial and Kirkwood - (down from I-10 and Kirkwood) today if you want to join us.

Depending on where you live, I'm part of a support group on the Southeast side. We meet at the Starbucks inside Target at Fairmont and Beltway 8.
