How do I get the weight progress chart ..

I would love to know how to put a weight progress chart on my file . I am new to this and I am having a hard time with it . Thanks to anyone who could help me out .

    dianeb, search for a post on the forum for trackers...there have been several threads for this very subject. just know that when you put it in your signature...all you will see what you actually copied and pasted...but if you preview it first...you should see your tracker.
