Gained

After loosing at a steady pace since surgery, for the first week ever, I have gained back 2.5 pounds. Arrghhhh!!!! My first fill was on the 24th of July and he put in 4.5cc in a Realize C band. So I have very little if any restriction. I have an appointment on the 21st of August for another fill, and I want to ask him to be more aggressive this time, but I have a feeling he won't.

I am very disappointed in the gain and in my self.:wink2::mad:

I was banded on Jan. 16th and had a gain or two during this journey. It is okay, please don't be mad yourself. Hang in there and it will come off!!! I just went to see the diet clinic and she handed me a great list of foods high in protein, that helped alot. 2% cottage 1/2 cup has 9 gms of protein, plus I eat refried beans with a little cheese, love that for my lunch, just hang in there.

Thanks for the encouragement!! I guess this is a true battle, and one that I am determined to win. I now have to post my weight on the realize site and hopefully my doc is monitoring it. It is not the end of the world, even though it feels that way. Guess I just have to jump back in the game.

Thanks again!!!!
