Erin, there are many reasons for nausea....that may be why no one has answered your question. I don't know that dehydration can cause nausea but nausea sure causes dehydration.

I didn't answer before because I simply have no idea. If you're nauseated I would suggest you call your doctor (always the definitive answer) and see what they think. Have you tried drinking more water? I was thinking that if you're already nauseated you might have a problem drinking a lot of liquid.

I don't think ivwas having enough water, I read in one of my lapbsnd books that were supposed to have 2-3ounces of water every 30 mins I actuallnfeel a little better

Well, I'm certainly glad it's helping...and I bet you are too! Another lesson learned. That's the best thing about this forum, we all learn from each other....the newbies, the veterans. It's just so much help!
