Apple juice

It should be ok right? I have mots light apple juice and dilute it with water?

its alright to have right? nobody didnt say i couldnt, did you guys ever have apple juice your first week? maybe itll help with constipation?

Ya, the only juice I couldnt have was citrus juice, it does say to half dilute your juice with water tho, cuts down on the sugar intake... I like juicy juice apple....!!

I had apple Juice the day of surgery. It was fine. I also have the Motts Lite Apple Juice. Sometimes I dilute & sometimes I don't. You will be fine.

I was told to stay away from citrus juices and soda too
