Stinky breath...... downside to all this?

Has anyone else noticed how FUNKY your breath has gotten since you've been banded.... I hate to say this, but it's to the point where I NOTICE IT. Not matter how much you brush your teeth, Have SF mints and try to eat as purely as possible, it's boiled down to purchasing and always carrying the new "wisps" they've come out with (a disposable toothbrush with a sugarfree mint flavored ball that melts with your saliva as you brush).

It has also gotten so bad that the taste in my mouth makes me gag.

Thank you!

Sarah, I am right there with ya, hon. I'm about to change my screen name to StinkyMom. I posted about this same thing about a month ago. It's awful!

The best thing I have found so far is Listerine Strips. They are sugar-free and 0 cals, and they coat your mouth and last a long time. Better than mints. Plus they're really handy to carry in your purse or pocket.

HTH!
