Only us plus-size folks can understand the excitement around my shopping trip today. I need a dress for an upcoming event and dreaded shopping for one. I tried on several 1X dresses that felt just a little too loose so I figured...what the heck. I ventured into the "normal size" section of Macys never imagining that one would actually fit me. So I was completely shocked that an XL fit and looked good on me. I can't wait until I'm out of the plus-size section for good! :thumbup:

That is awesome!!! I am on the very edge of leaving the plus size section and can't wait. I went shopping this passed weekend and the clothes in plus size were baggy but the "regular" sized were a bit tight- the pants that is. So I bought a shirt in the "regular" section and was so excited!!!! Isn't it great! What are you going to do with all the clothes you have outgrown? I have yet to decide........
