I have a friend who is a dietician and she gave me two cookbooks right after my surgery. They aren't strictly for lap band patients, but for all weight loss surgery patients. They are nice though because one has serving suggestions for each type of of surgery patient and both have nutrition facts for each recipe. The two books she got me are:

1. Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray

2. recipes for Life After Weight-Loss Surgery by Margaret M. Furtado and Lynette Schultz

I also have the eating well after weight loss surgery. I haven't tried anything from it yet but it looks delicious!

I bought a couple from amazon just before I got the band last year, and just donated them to Good Will the other day. I can eat anything unbanded people eat, and don't really need "special" recipes. Thank God!
