I had different insurance when I had my surgery, which covered the lap band surgery. Shortly after my surgery, my husbands company changed insurance companies (to Health Assurance) and they do not cover the surgery, nor do they cover the fills. Has anyone had to appeal the fills, and if so, how can I do it?

There is an insurance section in the post you might get a better response there. My insurance changed to but I am still in my 90 days post op so they don't charge for the fill yet. My insurance will cover the visit but any procedure is extra and fills are $200 dollars. Sorry this happened but keep up on your progress. Wish I knew more.
