Ok, so I got the band on 12.30.08 and continually losing weight SLOWLY shall I say, but now that I'm six months into it, I'm glad it's slow, no complaints on that anymore! BUT, I have not lost one ounce, NOT one in the past 4 weeks. So I called the doctor’s office and I didn't get an adjustment 4 weeks ago when I was there, so they said I might need an adjustment.

Yes its normal. I look at it this way: You didn't gain all the weight overnight, so aren't going to lose it overnight either.

Plateau's are normal during weight loss. Look at it positively, you haven't gained any weight either!!!
