New to the site

Hello Everyone- I'm new to this site and hope to meet some new friends and get and offer support. I had my surgery in October 2008 and have lost about 40 pounds. My goal is to lose 70-80.

Hi, MayMom! I had my surgery in October of 2008, too (Oct. 23rd). I've lost 49.6 lbs and it sounds like we both have around the same amount to go!

I really like this board -- it's a great site, and is a good place to get support. Nice to meet you on here!
