hi yeah what you are describing is what i get when i get food stuck not a nice feeling at all..

i dont drink fizzy drinks as this makes me gassy and uncomfortable..

For me when I feel like I'm stuck, I get this awful pain right in the middle of my chest, right under where my bra hits, and I feel like I have to walk around or stretch my stomach out until it finally passes. A couple of times now I have been immediately nauseous with the stuck feeling and have to run to the bathroom to get rid of whatever is causing the pain. Not fun!

What you are is "full", not stuck. You probably ate just a little too much or too big of bite. When you are stuck, have mercy...you will know. When I am stuck, I get the pain you are talking about, but...it progressively gets worse and all my slobber starts to back up in my thoat, pool in my mouth, and then the PB happens.

The pain you feel is your band saying STOP...You've gone to far! The food is sitting on top of your band.

Hope that helps,

Amy
