Hi

I'm new here, but not to the banding world. I was banded in March of 2007 and lost 88 pounds, in the first year in the second year I gained 30 of it back and have been very frustrated. My band is properly filled I think becuase if I eat correctly I do just fine, it is the junk food, the slider food that I can get through just fine, you see I am a stress eater, and I have had a horrible time with jobs lately, I am a mortgage banker, and I have basically been unempoyed for the past 18 months. So I have been eating a lot of chocolate and just junk. But today I found out that I am anemic, Guess what your supposed to eat when your anemic......protein.....meat.....guess I better go back to the band diet, what do you all think????? LOL.....Lets see if with some new support (that would be you all) and better diet (that would be me) how I can do?

Its nice to meet you all, hope to meet some new friends on here.:)
