Newbie in NYC

Hello All !!

I'm a newbie here preping for my journey to a new helathier me !:thumbup: I have started a blog to be more accoutable to myself for following through the steps required and would appreciate any tips and comments from those of you that are going through or have gone through the journey Im about to take !! Thanks all for such a wonderful & helpful site !!!
