I'm also due to have my lap band surgery soon on the 9th July in Hong Kong. I'm very excited and a bit apprehensive too!What is the date of surgery? Are you on a pre op diet? I haven't been told to diet or anything and am a bit worried as people are mentioning it on the forum.

My surgery is 2 weeks away also, I am getting more excited and nervous by the day. I have read and heard that is really good to lose 10-30 lbs before surgery because it helps with the size of the liver and there is less chance of damage during surgery. It is in my pre-op material.
