:eek:Looks like I gained back 2.3 lbs. overnight!!! Guess I over did it yesterday!! I am going to be extra careful today!! Did this happen to anyone else when you went from clear liquids to full liquids??

Thank you for the quick reply. I did eat some soup from Panera's Bread Company yesterday. Will stay away from the canned stuff.

I didn't have any weight gain but I know I've stayed away from the broths/canned soup as much as possible. Calorie wise you think you're doing good and then, bam, you've taken in a million grams of sodium. If you're close to any soup restraurants, that would be great...a hale n hearty is wonderful...still have sodium but not as much as canned, just what they put in to cook with, not the preservative. I don't have one where I live, but next time in NYC, I will buy a bunch up and freeze. good luck!!

You will bounce between 2 and 3 pounds, lol this is just the beging. It takes 3500 caloires to gain or loose one pound. Soups are LOADED with sodium and salt will make you swell and retain Water. good luck!
