TMJ is tempo mandibular joint disorder It causes jaw, ear, and head pain, all the way to the top of your head. try opening your jaw slowly and feel all the muscles it uses.

I am not chewing, and It is giving me a baddd time pain wise. hope this helped

Have you thought about putting some of your food in a blender to chop it up some for you, you don't have to "puree" it like baby food, but just to help so you don't have to aggravate your TMJ.

I had the same problem, but I started chewing sugar free gum a few times a day and it has really helped...hope this helps...good luck!
