thanks to all who responded to my question. I never even asked about my first fill when I saw my surgeon one week post op. I ll call tomorrow and inquire about it.

My first fill was at 6 weeks. It seemed like FOREVER though. And it took to fill 5 before I finally got restriction.

I was banded on the 1st of May and getting my first fill today...so just a couple of days past 4 weeks.

My doctor made me weight 8 weeks, However, I did feel some restriction even without a fill and lost 40 pounds prior to that fill.
