Hello everyone. I have just started my journey. I had the BodPod measurement (required body composition analysis) yesterday. I have been referred to the lap Band education class (also required) Monday evening. I will then make an appointment to see the surgeon and proceed with insurance approval. I sure hope everything goes smoothly. I cant wait to have the help I need in fighting my big fat cravings. I need to lose about 120-140. I have many co-mornidities and need this done badly. I am happy to find this site. Looking forward to much support and info here.
