May 12, 200917 yr I don't know any docs in Indiana; but why don't you 1. check with your insurance to find in-network surgeons 2. check a phone book and/or 3. google "lap band surgeons in Indiana" or whatever your city is? If you can't find "lap band" try "Bariatric".
