Soy pasta

Ok has anyone tried the soy pasta? I have a friend that has been banded for a while and she swears by it. She claims that it is very good and doesnt swell in the tummy because its made of soy.

    We are military so she got it here at the commissary on post. I figured since it was made with soy four that it would still have the same effect as other pasta. I do know that there is a tofu pasta that isnt that bad...and it has not flour in it at all..just made from tofu...I dont think I would chance the soy pasta though
