I am STARVING

Hello,

I was banded on 04/16/2009 and I have not had a fill yet. I am on the soft food stage. I am not getting enough food. I feel like I am starving all the time. I get plenty of Water. I an so hungry. I meet with the surgeon tomorrow. And suggestions on what I should say to him. I think I need a fill NOW..... Help!!!

    i was banded March 30th and don't have my first fill until May 21st! my nutritionist told me that when i'm hungry to drink a Protein shake... that helps fill you up a lot. Another thing that helps me when i'm hungry is to make protein pudding... scoop of Protein Powder, 8 oz of skim milk and 1/2 packet of sugar free fat free pudding. It's thicker so i get full faster.

    but if you're hungry, you really need to up your Protein Drink intake. it helps.
