  1. I did read some of them. I failed to mention that I caught some virus also. So, my dr called back and I advised her of that. She seems to think it may be the virus affecting me. Or that I might need some of the fill removed. Thanks,
  2. I got a filll a week ago. And, I have had some slight heartburn for like 3 days. What's going on?
  3. Imma try the crystal light and grey goose. Yumm. Thanks
  4. I do 45 minutes on the treadmill inclined to 11. 5 times a week. 3 of those days I include weights. I hope this helps..
  5. You're too tight. I had the same thing going on. I went back in the next morning and they took out half of the fill. I am good now. But, 2 weeks later and I think I might need another one.

  10. I was just told that my Vitamin D is low. Anyone else with this issue. If so, please share with me. I am saddened by this. I thought I was doing everything right to get off meds and now I have to add another pill. I am really sad. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks for hearing me out.

:eek:Hello, I think I have become bored with my current routine. I do the treadmill everyday for 45 minutes then off the 4-5 weight machines. I am usually in the gym for 1.5 hours 5 times a week. Any suggestions on a new cardio workout routine? HELP!!
  12. You need to do more then just walking to see results....
  13. I can definately relate. I am not that far out. I had my second fill 2 weeks ago and lost 14 pounds. Only to gain 10 back in a week. I am not sure if this is possible. But the scale says I have. I am not taking it very well either. I am in the gym 5 times a week 1-2 hours each visit. I ate a few things that I should not have and I had some cocktails too. I never missed the gym. Oh, I got my period too. I was thinking water... IDK...
  14. :eek:HELP ME PLEASE. I think I may of hit a plateau and I am not sure how to break it. Any advice would be helpful... Here we go. I got my second fill almost 2 weeks ago and lost 14 pounds. Then, my period came. I was not eating the best. But I did continue to workout 5 times a week 1.5 hours a day. I thought I'd might be retaining water because I had a few drinks and did not eat correctly. The scale is showing a 10 pound gain and I am going BANANAS..............HELP ME PLEASE:eek:
  15. I need to know the answer too. I do 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and weights 3-4 times a week. My stomach is still there and does not appear to be going anywhere. Although, somethings happening I want it to go away NOW.... HELP
