Plateau

:eek:HELP ME PLEASE. I think I may of hit a plateau and I am not sure how to break it. Any advice would be helpful... Here we go. I got my second fill almost 2 weeks ago and lost 14 pounds. Then, my period came. I was not eating the best. But I did continue to workout 5 times a week 1.5 hours a day. I thought I'd might be retaining water because I had a few drinks and did not eat correctly. The scale is showing a 10 pound gain and I am going BANANAS..............HELP ME PLEASE:eek:
