Lady Gaga has a couple of tunes that are fun to exercise to. I listen to alot of hard rock. Such as Van Halen and Kid Rock.

I load my I-Pod up with a variety of music. Disco, oldies, 50's swing and today's pop. I think the key is to find music you love, that has a good beat and makes you want to move, move, move. For me, variety in my music is key! And change the songs regularly to avoid boredom
